What is a Rage Room and how does it work?

A Rage Room is a specially designed space where you can safely smash, break, and destroy everyday objects as a form of stress relief and fun. We provide all the safety gear and smashable items — you just bring yourself (and maybe a friend!). Sessions can be done solo for a personal release, or in groups for a team-bonding or just-for-fun activity.

Is it safe?

Absolutely. Your safety is our top priority. We provide protective gear like helmets, gloves, and coveralls, and our staff guides you on proper use of equipment before you start. The room is designed to keep you safe while you let off steam.

What does the package cover?

Each package includes:

  • A set amount of smashable items (depending on the package you choose)
  • All safety equipment
  • A briefing by our staff
  • Access to the Rage Room for the duration of your session
  • Choice of music playing while you break stuff.
Do you have multiple branches/locations?

Yes! We’re currently in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi. If you’re not in these cities but looking for an emotional outlet, check out our Emotional Toolbox page. If you want to open one outlet in your city, please contact us on Franchise page.

Do you charge GST or other taxes?

Yes. We charge 18% GST on all packages and add-ons. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees, and GST is mandatory.

Can I bring personal items to destroy?

Yes, you can! Many people bring old printers, crockery, or mementos they want to let go of. Just let our team know in advance so we can ensure the item is safe to smash. There is additional BYOB charge of 500 Rs.

What items are available for smashing?

We offer a mix of breakables such as bottles, glasses, ceramics, electronics &  tube lights. The number of items may vary depending on the package you select. You can add extra items which are available at the centre. 

Can I purchase a session as a gift for someone?

Definitely! We offer gift vouchers that make for a unique and memorable present. You can gift an entire session or a specific package — perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or simply a surprise stress-buster. It will be valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

How can I contact you?

You can contact us via WhatsApp +91- 7975862071 or call us to get connected on IVR. Our AI agent is available 24/7 and is equipped to solve 99% of your queries. Please note that our human responses will be delayed and our human support executive is available only from Tuesday to Saturday, 11 AM to 6 PM. We’ve set up our AI to help you autonomously.

Do you provide discounts?

We don’t offer discounts except on bulk bookings — for groups of more than 15 people or for bookings over ₹15,000.

Booking and Scheduling

When can I schedule a visit to the rage room?

Check the website for available time slots by selecting your desired package. Once you confirm your slot and make the payment, you can visit us at the appointed time. Please note that it is very difficult to accommodate walk-in customers and require slots to be booked at least 30 minutes in advance for us to set up items for you.

What are your opening hours?

We’re open from Tuesday to Sunday from 11 AM to 9 PM IST. Monday is a holiday.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 1-3 days in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially on weekends or peak seasons. Early bookings also give you more time flexibility.

I have a coupon, how do I redeem it?

At checkout, simply enter your coupon code in the “Coupon Code” section to apply the discount.

If your code isn’t working:

  1. Take a screenshot of the error.

  2. Share it with us on WhatsApp at +91-8618814631, along with the source of the coupon and proof of the same.

  3. Our team will check what’s wrong and get back to you.

Can I modify my booking?

Yes, you can add extra items or participants at the venue or make another booking on our website. 

Will my session start exactly on time?

We do our best to start all sessions on time. However, on weekends and peak days, high demand may cause waiting times. Please plan to arrive a little early so we can check you in and get you started as soon as possible.

Do you accept last-minute bookings/orders?

Yes — subject to availability. If you’re making a same-day booking, the quickest way is to check available slots on website and make a booking. Alternatively, you can call or WhatsApp us so we can confirm a slot for you based on availability. Please note that our responses might be delayed.

I am running late, what do I do?

If you’re running late by 5–15 minutes, please come over — we’ll try our best to accommodate you.

If it’s more than 15 minutes, your session will depend on availability:

  • Step 1: Call our center manager through a normal voice call on +91-7975862071. If calls go unanswered, you can check on WhatsApp for the next available slot.

  • Step 2: You can also walk in directly and check for the next available slot.

Rescheduling Options:

  • Tuesday–Thursday: One free reschedule is available.

  • Friday–Sunday: A reschedule fee of 20% applies due to rush schedules.

Refund Options:

  • 80% refund as store credit, OR

  • 50% refund to your original payment method. (only if you inform at least 15 minutes before your session)

Payments and Refunds

What happens if I cancel or don’t show up?
  • Cancel more than 24 hours before your slot

    👉 You’ll get a 97% refund back to your original payment method (we keep 3% because payment gateways love their cut). It’ll reflect in 10–12 days.

    👉 Or skip the wait and take a 100% refund as store credit — use it to smash with us another day.

  • Cancel between 15 minutes and 24 hours of booking

    👉 You’ll get 50% back to your original payment method. It’ll reflect in 10–12 days.

    👉 Or grab 80% as store credit immediately — your future rage session is waiting.

  • Cancel within 15 minutes of your slot or don’t show up

    👉 Ouch. That slot was held just for you, so the fee is forfeited. No refunds here.

Do I get a refund if I change my mind after payment?

Yes absolutely, please review our refunds policy to understand how much refund you’ll get. Alternatively, you can read the answer above to get a clear picture.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, net banking, and mobile wallets. For credit/debit card payments, please use our Razorpay link (we don’t have an in-store card machine). A 3% transaction fee applies on international card and credit card payments.

Do I have to pay in advance or can I pay on arrival?

All bookings require 100% advance payment to confirm your slot. Walk-ins are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed without prior payment.

What if someone in my group cancels but we still come?

The session goes ahead for the rest. you can use all their items, or get a refund as per our refund policy.

What is store credit?

Store credit is like a prepaid balance with us. Instead of waiting 10–12 days for the money to return to your bank, you can choose to keep the full/partial value as credit in your Rage Room account.

You can use this credit to book any future session — no expiry, no hidden fees. Think of it as a rage token saved for your next smash.

💡 Important: Store credit cannot be redeemed back to your bank account or as cash. It’s only usable for Rage Room bookings.

Corporate/group events

Do you host corporate or team-building events?

Absolutely. We host team-building sessions. We can accommodate small teams or larger groups with back-to-back sessions. One session can occupy 6-8 people max.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or group bookings?

We provide special pricing and add-ons for large groups (more than 15 people) and for repeat corporate clients who have made a booking with us in the past. Just reach out to our team with your requirements and we’ll share a custom quote.

Do you offer custom packages for special occasions?

Yes. We can add decorations, special items to smash, cake delivery, or extend the session time. Tell us your ideas and we’ll help you create a memorable experience. 

Can you run a surprise session for someone?

Definitely! We’re used to planning surprises. Book in advance, let us know the details, and our team will help keep it under wraps until the guest arrives.

Do you provide invoices for corporate clients?

Yes, we issue GST invoices for corporate clients so that you can claim input credit. Please share your company billing details at the time of booking. If

Yes. We understand every team has different budgets. Share your per-head or total budget (minimum ₹15,000) with us, and we’ll customize a package — adjusting session duration, items, and add-ons — to give your team the best experience possible without compromising safety or fun.

On-site experience

What should I wear for my Rage Room session?

Wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a little sweaty in. Closed-toe shoes are recommended, although we can provide you shoes if you don’t have any. We have safety jackets upto 3XL, so please wear full sleeved jackets and jeans if you are plus sized. Our shoe sizes are till 12. 

Do you provide safety gear or shoes?

Yes, we provide protective gear including shoes to keep you clean and safe while you smash. We request plus-sized customers to wear full sleeved jacket and jeans for a safe experience. 

Can I record videos or take photos inside?

You’re welcome to take photos and videos in designated areas. You are responsible for your devices inside the breaking area.

Are lockers available on site?

We do not have safety lockers on site, so we recommend not leaving valuables at the venue. You can carry them inside with you. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Can friends or family watch me from outside?

Yes, spectators are welcome in designated viewing areas, so your friends and family can enjoy the action safely.

Is there parking available at the venue?

We request you to park at the nearest spot available since we do not have dedicated parking. 

Impact & Benefits

Does smashing things actually help with stress?

Yes — physical release in a safe space can lower tension, improve mood, and give you a sense of relief. Many guests report feeling lighter and calmer after a session.

Is it just fun or does it have real emotional benefits?

It’s both. The experience is designed to be enjoyable and therapeutic by allowing you to channel emotions into action in a controlled space. 

Do I have to be angry to enjoy it?

Not at all! Many guests come simply for fun, team bonding, or a unique date — and still feel the emotional lift.

Will smashing more things make me feel better?

Not necessarily. The relief comes from the act itself, not the quantity. Go at your own pace.

Can regular sessions improve my overall stress levels?

Yes. While a single visit gives immediate relief, coming back periodically can help you build a healthy outlet for tension and make stress easier to manage over time. However, we do not allow the same customer to visit more than three times in a month. 

Will I feel tired or energized after a session?

Most people feel an initial adrenaline rush followed by a pleasant sense of calm. It’s normal to feel both physically worked out and emotionally lighter.

Safety and Eligibility Criteria

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Yes. Our Rage Room is open to individuals aged 8 and above. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Are there any health restrictions?

We advise people with heart conditions, pregnancy, severe respiratory issues, or injuries to refrain from participating. Safety first!

What happens if someone gets hurt?

Our safety gear and briefing minimize risks to the tiniest fraction — injuries are extremely rare when our guidelines are followed. However, we have first-aid kit and medical aid on standby for the worst case scenario.

Is the Rage Room safe for beginners?

Yes! Our sessions are designed with first-timers in mind. You’ll get a quick safety briefing before you begin, and our staff stays nearby to assist.

Who can benefit from using the Rage Room?

Anyone looking for a fun, safe way to release stress, try something new, or bond with friends — from busy professionals and students to couples and groups.

What if I’m not angry? Do I still need a Rage Room?

Absolutely! It’s a fun activity just like bowling, going to a movie, or wall climbing — but with the added bonus of emotional release and stress relief.

Do you collaborate with brands or influencers?

Can you set up a mobile Rage Room at our or event?

Absolutely. We offer pop-up Rage Room setups for festivals, corporate events, college fests, and private parties.

 

How early should we book a mobile setup?

We recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks in advance so we can plan safety gear, inventory, and logistics.

How much do you charge for a set up?

Our pricing depends on your requirements, city, event size, and number of participants. Get in touch with us for a custom quote.

Booking on Other Platforms

Can I cancel/get refund?

Unfortunately, bookings made through third-party platforms are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if we cancel your slot from our end (in which case, you’ll get a 100% refund).

How does the booking process work?

It’s simple! You can book an entry pass for ₹500 + GST per person, which includes:

  • 5 minutes inside the Rage Room

  • 6 breakable items per person

Once you arrive, you can choose add-ons or upgrade your package depending on the level of madness you’re in the mood for. 

 

How do I reach you for help with a booking?

You can always DM us on WhatsApp. We’re happy to assist during our working hours – just drop us a message with your booking ID and platform name.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes! You can reschedule by DMing us on WhatsApp, and we’ll help you change your slot. However, a 20% rescheduling fee applies. 

What if I don’t show up?

If you miss your slot, the session will be marked as a no-show, and unfortunately, no refunds or reschedules will be possible. We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes early to make the most of your time!

Where can I get Blind Date tickets?

You can book your Blind Date At Rage Room experience directly on the District by Zomato app or on Swiggy Scenes. Simply search for “Rage Room” or “Blind Date at Rage Room” on these apps, pick your slot, and you’re all set for a smashing date experience!
