1. Where is the Rage Room located?
Our Rage Room is situated in Bangalore – Jayanagar, just a 2-minute walk from South End Circle. Click here to find the exact location. We are opening others across India in September 2023.

2. What do I need to bring with me?
Due to legal requirements, only individuals aged 18 and above are permitted to use the rage room. You must bring your ID proof for verification. Apart from that, no other items are necessary.

3. Can I bring personal items to destroy?
Absolutely, if you have items that evoke strong negative emotions, you can bring them to our rage room for destruction. We’ll take care of the cleanup. The only condition is that the items must not be toxic or hazardous. For example, biological or chemical substances are prohibited. However, items like an ex-partner’s guitar or a colleague’s laptop are welcome for smashing. We can also assist with burning items for an additional fee.

4. Is it safe for me to use the rage room?
Safety is a priority in our rage room. We provide comprehensive protective equipment to ensure your well-being during your session. However, please note that you’ll need to sign a waiver that releases us from any liability for personal damages, as a standard safety protocol.

5. Who can benefit from using the rage room?
Our rage room offers a therapeutic outlet for a variety of individuals. Those grappling with the frustration of navigating Bangalore traffic, recent breakups, academic setbacks, and anyone dealing with high stress or anger levels can find relief through our rage room experience.

6. When can I schedule a visit to the rage room?
Check the calendar for available time slots by selecting your desired package. Once you confirm your slot and make the payment, you can visit us at the appointed time. Please note that we do not accommodate walk-in customers and require slots to be booked at least 30 minutes in advance for operations to commence.

7. Will I receive a refund if I change my mind after making a payment?
Yes, you’ll receive an immediate refund if you cancel before 24 hours of your booked time slot. Use the link provided in your email to cancel. You can also contact us via the contact form or WhatsApp, providing your transaction ID to claim your refund. For cancellations within the 24-hour period or no-shows, a 50% refund is applicable. Additionally, a 30% rescheduling fee is charged for changing your time slot.

8. What types of items are available for smashing in the rage room?
We provide a variety of items, such as glassware, electronics, and ceramic items, for you to release your pent-up frustration. Our collection is designed to offer a satisfying smashing experience.

9. Can I bring my own items to smash?
While we provide items for smashing, you can also bring your personal items that hold emotional significance. As long as they’re not toxic or hazardous, we’ll help you destroy them safely.

10. How long is a typical session in the rage room?
Our sessions usually last for the duration specified in the package you choose, ranging from 15 to 45 minutes. You can select the one that suits your preferences.

11. Can I bring friends or a group to use the rage room?
Absolutely! We offer group packages to enhance the experience. Smashing items with friends can be a great stress-relief activity. Check our group rates for more details.

12. Is the rage room environment controlled?
Yes, we maintain a controlled and safe environment. Our staff monitors the sessions, and we provide safety equipment to ensure that your experience is enjoyable and secure.

13. Are there any restrictions on how I can destroy items in the rage room?
We encourage creativity, but safety is paramount. While you’re free to express yourself, we provide guidelines to ensure your safety and the safety of others in the room.

14. Can I record or take photos during my session?
For safety reasons, recording or photography is not allowed inside the rage room. We want to make sure you’re focused on the experience and staying safe.

15. Can I purchase a rage room session as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely! We offer gift vouchers that can be redeemed for rage room sessions. It’s a unique and memorable gift for friends or loved ones.

16. Is there a dress code for the rage room?
Yes, we recommend wearing socks for hygiene reasons. If you’re a plus-sized individual (3XL), we kindly request that you wear full-sleeved jackets, pants, and closed-toe shoes since we don’t have safety gear available in that size.

18. If I want to book for more than four people, what to do? Your website gives me option to book only for 4 people. 
For more than 4 people, you have to book two separate slots since we cannot accommodate more than 4 people at the same time.
