1.1 100% Refund (Cancellation 24 Hours Prior): We’re committed to your satisfaction, and if you need to cancel your reservation, you can receive a 100% refund as long as the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time slot. To initiate the refund process, simply follow the cancellation link provided in the email confirmation you received upon booking. This link will guide you through the cancellation steps.

1.2 Refund Claim via Contact Form or WhatsApp: Alternatively, you can reach out to us using the contact form on our website or message us on WhatsApp. Please provide your transaction ID along with your cancellation request. We’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

2.1 Cancellations Within 24-Hour Period: For cancellations made within the 24-hour period leading up to your scheduled time slot, we offer a 50% refund of the total amount. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, this policy allows us to manage our schedule and resources effectively.

2.2 No-Show Policy: If you’re unable to attend your booked time slot and do not cancel in advance, it will be considered a no-show. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for no-shows, as these instances prevent other customers from enjoying our services.

3. Rescheduling Policy:

3.1 Rescheduling 24 Hours Prior: We understand that sometimes you may need to change your plans. If you wish to reschedule your time slot and do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, you can do so without incurring any additional fees.

3.2 Rescheduling Within 24 Hours: However, if you need to reschedule within the 24-hour period leading up to your scheduled time slot, we will apply a 30% rescheduling fee. This fee helps cover the costs associated with managing our schedule and accommodating changes on short notice.
