1. Refund Policy
1.1 More than 24 hours before your slot
- 97% refund to your original payment method (3% deducted as payment gateway charges). Refunds are processed within 10–12 working days.
- OR 100% refund as store credit, instantly usable for any future booking.
1.2 15 minutes to 24 hours before your slot
- 50% refund to your original payment method.
- OR 80% refund as store credit for a future booking.
1.3 Less than 15 minutes before your slot / No-show
- No refund. The session fee is forfeited, as the slot was reserved exclusively for you.
2. Store Credit Explained
- Store credit is like a prepaid balance in your Rage Room account.
- It can be applied toward any future session.
- It has no expiry and no hidden fees.
- ⚡ Important: Store credit cannot be converted back into cash or transferred to your bank account.
3. Rescheduling Policy
3.1 More than 24 hours before your slot
- You can reschedule once at no extra cost.
3.2 Within 15 minutes to 24 hours of your slot
- Rescheduling is allowed with a 20% rescheduling fee.
- This fee covers the cost of holding and adjusting last-minute schedules.
- You can claim 80% store credit to reschedule at your own convenient time.
4. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
We’ve made it simple:
- Refunds/Cancellations:
- Use the cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation email.
- Or WhatsApp us at +91-8618814631 with your order/transaction ID.
- Or use the Contact Form on our website with your order ID and phone number used at the time of booking.
- Rescheduling:
